Hi there! I’m Bethany, multipassionate creative director, theatre producer, and brand strategist who helps people turn major life pivots into something powerful and visible.
After a divorce, selling my bookstore, and moving across the country in my 30s, I stopped waiting to pursue the life I actually wanted.
Now I use my background in theatre, storytelling, and brand strategy to help women entrepreneurs and audiences do the same.
Whether that's through a brand photoshoot that looks like a Florence and the Machine album cover, or an immersive dining experience that pulls in people who've never felt like theatre was for them. Both are really the same work: using storytelling to help people see themselves — and the world — differently.
I don't create your identity. I uncover the one that was always there.
Most people have been performing a version of themselves for so long, they've forgotten what the real one feels like. I have a way of seeing people before they've finished deciding what to show me: the patterns, the contradictions, the gifts quietly hidden because somewhere along the way they learned those parts weren't useful.
They always are. They always were.
I've been told my presence feels like home. Warm, unhurried, genuinely curious. That's not accidental. The hidden parts of a person only surface when they stop feeling watched. I create that room. And then I do the thing I was made to do: reach in, find what's been tucked away, and bring it into the light where you can finally see it, name it, and stand in it.
What I do in that room:
Read the pattern of you — the throughline between your interests, the shape of what you're actually building, the connections you haven't named yet but have always felt
Make it safe to go deep — no performance required, no polished version necessary; what's underneath is what we're here for
Help you stand in what's real — because finding something true about yourself is only the beginning; the work is learning to let it lead
What I Do
Three disciplines. One root. Every single one of them in service of the same thing — helping people and audiences encounter something real.
Creative Direction & Brand Strategy
You don't need an agency. You need someone who will go deeper than an agency ever would.
Most branding stays at the surface — a logo, a color palette, some photos that look like everyone else's photos. What I do starts somewhere underneath all of that.
I sit with you. I listen. I watch the way you light up about certain things and go quiet about others. I'm looking for the real pattern of you — not the version you've been presenting because you thought it was more professional, more palatable, more what people wanted to see.
Here's what I know about women in business: most have spent years making themselves smaller. They've tucked away the most interesting, most magnetic parts of themselves — the exact parts that would make someone stop scrolling and feel, oh, she gets it. She's the one.
My job is to find those parts. Celebrate them. Validate them. And build your brand around them — so the world finally gets to meet who you actually are.
What this looks like:
A deep-dive brand discovery session where we get to the real stuff
Brand messaging that sounds unmistakably, unapologetically like you
Visual identity direction rooted in who you actually are — not a trend, not a template
Brand photoshoots directed as the full expression of all of it — not a headshot session, not a content day, but a portrait of someone who has finally stopped hiding
Think: Your favorite rock star’s album cover. The version of you that's been waiting for a stage worthy of her.
I work alongside talented local photographers — I design, direct, and shape every element of the experience; they capture and edit. Together we make something that neither of us could make alone.
Immersive Theatre & Experience Design
The best theatre doesn't happen to an audience. It happens with them.
I've spent over a decade in theatre as a director, producer, and storyteller. What that decade taught me is that people are hungry for experiences that actually reach them — not something to watch from a safe distance, but something to step inside of.
I'm building immersive theatrical experiences and intimate dining events designed to pull in people who've never felt like theatre was made for them. And I'm bringing the same sensibility to corporate spaces — because teams deserve more than another trust fall, and a room full of people has so much more potential than most events ever tap into.
What this can look like:
Immersive dinner theatre — where the story wraps around the table
Site-specific productions for non-traditional audiences
Corporate team experiences built around genuine connection and surprise
Brand activations designed to be felt, not just attended
Every gathering has the potential to become something people carry with them. I'm here to make sure it does.
The walls you've built were never the structure. You are.
